With a mission to prepare swimmers for performance and leadership in and out of the water, the Triangle Aquatic Center (TAC) is nationally recognized for providing athletes with exceptional instruction at every skill and commitment level. In addition to a state-of-the-art facility, TAC is also home to high-performance-focused opportunities for swimmers who desire to race and succeed at the highest levels of competition. Servicing upwards of 700 athletes including team TYR’s own 2x World Champion Ashley Twichell, the Triangle Aquatic Club TITANS are one of the largest and highest performing teams in the Southeast. Today, the Aquatic Center hosts nearly seventy high school, club and summer league meets per year.
