Shipping Policy
We inform you that shipping is free for orders over €99, excluding special promotions.
1. Processing Time
Please note that the processing time of your order is separate from the delivery time.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Processing times may vary depending on the order volume, especially during promotional periods or holidays (Christmas, sales, Black Friday…).
2. Shipping Methods
STANDARD (1–5 business days)
Standard orders are shipped once payment is approved. You can expect to receive your order within 4 to 8 business days after confirmation, depending on the delivery destination.
⚠️ Important: These delivery times are indicative and do not include potential customs clearance delays for shipments outside the European Union.
3. Delivery to the United Kingdom (Post-Brexit)
Since January 1, 2021, the United Kingdom applies a specific import regime based on the total value of the shipment. The following rules apply:
a) Orders with a value ≤ £135
VAT on these shipments must be collected at the point of sale (by the seller or marketplace if applicable) and is not automatically collected at customs. In practice, this means VAT is charged and collected at checkout.
b) Orders with a value > £135
VAT and, if applicable, customs duties are payable at customs clearance.
The VAT and duty amount (and any handling fees applied by the carrier) may be requested by the carrier or customs authorities before delivery. If these amounts are not paid, delivery may be delayed, the package held, or returned.
c) Additional fees (carrier handling fees, advance payments)
Regardless of the £135 threshold, carriers may apply handling/customs fees when formalities are required. These fees are generally the responsibility of the recipient and may be requested before delivery.
4. Order Tracking
Your tracking number will be sent via email by UPS once your order is shipped.
Please check your spam folder if you cannot find the email.
If you do not receive an email after 2 business days, please contact TYR customer service via the FAQ help section [link to insert].
5. Delivery during Christmas and High-Volume Periods
Orders placed after December 16 will be processed, but due to the high logistics volume during the holiday season, we cannot guarantee delivery before December 25.
These times are indicative. Events beyond our control (weather, strikes, lost or damaged parcels, carrier saturation, etc.) may cause delays.
In such cases, our responsibility cannot be held.
