The winner of this year’s award will be announced on Tuesday, November 3rd at a lunch honoring the nominees at the David Beckham Academy in London.
Wellington’s nomination as one of six finalists comes after yet another stand-out season in her career. Already a two-time world champion, 2009 has been highlighted by victories at Ironman Australia, Ironman 70.3 Kansas, and Timberman Ironman 70.3.
