The 21mm heel-to-toe drop — the highest in TYR's footwear range — positions the ankle for optimal lifting mechanics: deeper squat depth, a more upright torso, and maximum power transfer from the floor up. A patented wide toe box allows the foot to splay naturally under load, generating greater ground contact and force through every rep. The rigid TPU midsole and heel counter provide zero-compression stability — no energy lost, no lateral movement, no compromise under maximum load. Adjustable double leather straps lock the midfoot down with precision. The TYRTAC™ rubber outsole keeps you planted through every pull, press, and squat. This is not a training shoe. This is a lifting shoe — built for one purpose, and built to be the best at it.

"I have been a comp powerlifter for about 15 years and have always done the classic Adipower Romaleo choice. But with my flat feet I thought that squatting heavy and pain were the norm. After a very lengthy research phase I ordered these and they have completely changed my training and mind. Who knew squatting could be so natural and pain free."
"They look great and also feel great from the very first time you use them. The only bad point is that shipping is not worth that much money…"
"My first pair of lifting shoes. These have really changed how im lifting. By proviing me a solid foundation for pushig through and staying grounded. Im normally an 8. 5W and followed the advice to size up to 9. Tad long but fits great witout putting pressure on the side of my foot. I wish it was wider so i didnt have to have a longer shoe but still manageable"
"Excellent product. It allows a very high guy, with long legs to squat very low. It helped to improve the technique of the clean and the snatch. The drop it's more or less the standard, 21/22mm, and the build quality it's very decent. It's very stable, like a rock on the foot. For people with normal size foot, don't worry, the foot will not "dance" on front, simply you won't feel the tightness that some shoes usually have. The front of your foot and toes will be comfortable. It have some cons, of course, the weight, they are heavy, and the material it's not the most breathable. I have to of them, one's for me and another one's for my son. With that in mind, I recommend this lifter's to anyone."
"I am really pleased with this for the gym, mainly waits but even a bit of cross fit. I have an awkward shaped foot so lifting shoes are normally a bad fit, this one is quite adjustable and has space in the toe. I went half a size bigger than my normal shoe and that worked for me. If you have a more normal shaped foot your natural size will probably work."
"I ordered a pair of shoes on July 27, and I still haven't received anything. When I wrote in, someone replied that my first pair—which was still listed online this morning—is no longer available. She offered me an exchange, which I accepted. She ordered me a men's pair, telling me it was unisex. Then they told me my shoes were lost in a warehouse. As of today, I still haven’t received anything. The result is that I paid double the price for nothing. AHAHAH"
"I like a lot of things about the shoes but I felt like they run a bit large. I have always ordered men’s 12 and these shoes feel just a bit like clown shoes. Pretty wide at the arch and more than a thumb of space past the big toe. It’s borderline too big and if I bought them at a store, I would have returned them. I know different brands size differently but I probably would have ordered a half size smaller if not full size if I knew they tended to be large."
"I wish i would have bought these a long time ago. Squatting with good position is so much easier now. The heel is just high enough to keep the chest high while in the hole of the squat, and the wide toe box allows my feet to spread naturally while the whole foot feels stable in the movement."
"Not only do I love the design and the colors, they’re comfortable and functional. They’re an incredible lifter, best I have ever had, the most sturdy shoe that allows you to lift with confidence and support unlike any other. I found my forever lifting shoe I will always come back to TYR!!"
"I have heard people talking about lifting shoes, but I never thought I needed them. I was wrong these are a great tool to have! I've gone up in weight on both my smith squat and leg press in massive amounts of weight and I feel like I have less pressure on my knees and hip joints with these! Highly recommend! I usually wear a 7. 5 womens shoe size, I ordered as usual but the toe box was really narrow and would cause toies to be crammed in the shoes when squatting. Customer service was excellent and fast with guidance and assisting with the exchange for the size 8. The size 8 I surely couldn't walk around far in but they are a lot more comfortable than the other size! They seem like they'll last a really long time very high quality."
