"Laa he usado para un wod híbrido (endurance) en el que había unos tramos de run (600m) ciertamente no están hechas para correr pero con una adaptación se pueden llegar a usar para ello. En los gimnasticos y ejercicios de fuerza va de perlas. No volveré w usar calzado no barefoot para trabajar fuerza nunca más."

"Okau shoes, and I understand why they are on sale now. I got the shoes thinking I got a great deal, but disappointed in the shoe built. So it has a nice wide toe box and good solid sole, but the top of the shoe is stretchy and thight and when you have your toes bend (which i like for bench setup) the thicker fabric where the shoelace goes pinches your foot, not comfortable at all. Also the shoes top are so thight (and yes i have enough space for my toes to wiggle), when I do sumo deadlift my foot cramps up everytime. Need to buy a different pair/brand of shoes."
"I have only used 3 times. So far a great experience. Much more stable than the trainees I used to train with. But not great to put it on, as it is very tight (the “hole” you put your foot to vest it. I cannot say anything about durability, as I have only used a few times, as explained above."
