"Von den Schuhen bin ich voll begeistert. Sie sind schnell, bequem und machen richtig Spaß. Kann ich wirklich nur empfehlen."
"Speedworks is Tyr’s best running shoe hands down. I’ve tried all three of its road shoes & Speedworks is a far better value than the Carbon Elite race shoe or the much-hyped but underwhelming Maverick. It has the exact same Pebax midsole & stack height as the Carbon Elite, but a nylon plate rather than a carbon plate. The plate helps to stabilize the midsole foam rather than provide propulsion, but that foam is plenty lively & propulsive by itself. The carbon plate in the Elite racer doesn’t improve the ride or offer more energy return than the Speedworks. The Maverick midsole is softer, offers less energy return than Peba foam & just isn’t in the same league as the Speedworks, imo. The Speedworks upper is also more comfortable & just as breathable as the Carbon Elite, but provides better lockdown perhaps due to having a stiffer heel counter. The upper on the Maverick, by contrast, lacks structure in the forefoot & doesn’t keep my toes from slipping. Tyr found the sweet spot between racer & super trainer in the Speedworks, but it isn’t getting the love it deserves. Maybe Tyr thinks the Maverick will appeal to a wider audience, and that may be true, but Speedworks is the real deal. It is comfortable right out of the box & the Pebax midsole only gets better over time."
"Very good for speed training 🏃"
"These are my first running shoes; before this, I was using regular sports shoes. I really like them. They engage the ankles in my running form, and I’ve definitely improved my performance with them. The color is quite bright. The upper material is quite thin and breathable, allowing air to go in and out. No smell so far. The balance is good. I’ve had ankle injuries before, and with these shoes I feel a bit safer than with the running shoes I tried in stores. After 50k run total, there has been no twisting so far, only during the first run did I slightly roll to the side. Yes, I recommend these shoes. I purchased this based on the cm sizing, and it fits well. Good for wide feet; even though my feet are skinny, I like having extra space in the front."
"Beautifully made , comfortable and stable for heavy guys. Not lighting fast , but great for average Ironman runner who values no injuries after long miles - distribution and worldwide availability from TYR poor"
"Great shoe for running workouts. Versatile and lightweight but where they shine is in the speed workouts with a bouncy and stable ride. Very good shoe!"
"It's a very good shoe. . He puts in a lot of kilometers without losing his form and performance"
"I’m so happy with these shoes. However, as with all smaller companies, stock goes down and they go out of business - where are my size 13 Valkyrie in green or event white and blue ? , Disappointed guys as I’ve race next week"
"The shoes are amazing for running, they push me to go faster and keep me at that speed. The only thing I would complain about is the way your heel kind of sits in the shoe, its weirdly angled toward the inside. As well as if you're walking in these shoes, it is definitely uncomfortable, they are mainly just for running. Other than that, these shoes are perfect for running, and training."
"Lightweight, comfortable, still breaking in the running shoes but I'd defs give it a 4/5."
