"I like the shoe! But have recently found out I have a heel issue and the harder back of this shoe bothers me after a few steps. Will look to either cushion it with an insert or return unfortunately"

Best for lifting

"The shoe is best for lifting. I have tried a few brands and by far i am able to navigate to this shoe easlity. Metcons are also easier. Out of all training shoes, this is also decent for short distance running."

Great strength training all-arounder

"CXT-2 is an excellent shoe for strength training workouts. It's perfect for squats and deadlifts of any sorts, step-ups, lunges, etc. You might want a lighter shoe for pull-ups if you're going for a record in reps. It's also suitable for the power cleans and power snatches, but you will want a bigger heel drop if you're an intermediate lifter in the Olympic lifts. Don't go for runs in the CXT-2, anything more than a short warm-up is unwise. Other than that it's perfect for anything in the gym. The YouTube fitness community absolutely loves this shoe. I have the reflective silver colorway, which looks like my feet are straight up glowing! Very cool. Some have mentioned it can rub off, but I don't do rope climbs so no comment there. You might want a different color. It's been durable for the two weeks I've used it so far."

Solid Shoe - just not in reflective silver

"I recently purchased these and really like them. Great fit and comfortable. The only negative is the reflective coating on the shoe. Within a week it started showing wear patterns & was coming off. Due to it being reflective it really makes the areas it has worn off stand out."

Some of the best sneakers on the market today!

"I'm an active person that lives in NYC. I travel 6 out of the 7 days a week via train and have a job that requires to be on my feet most of the time. These sneakers have the wide toe box and width by the mid-foot/arches that provide total comfort, and stabilty; that's needed for people like myself. They're great for 3mile run or a 10mile walk, and all around training. Not to mention stylish- receiveing several compliments. I would reccomend these to anyone who is struggling to find a wide tow box sneaker, that has tried other brands and they weren't quite wide enough. I'm definitely going to buy another pair of these in another color."

Nice shoe

"I've had these shoes for over a week and did several heavy weightlifting sessions, some time on the Echo bike, and several miles of walking. During that time I've noted several things. Pros: Very well made and very supportive with above average padding around the ankle. Comfortable and stable for weightlifting and HIIT. The reflective silver is great for walking the dog after dinner and the style is good enough for casual wear. Cons: The toe box is narrower than I am used to and my feet feel pinched at the end of the day. The padding around the ankle forces the foot forward effectively making the shoe feel a half size smaller than it really is. I would recommend ordering a half size up for better all day comfort."

"Great shoe. Solid base for lifting, plenty of padding around the ankles and looks good. Love the reflectivity. Only downside side is the shoe needs to be offered in wide. The toe box is a little on the snug side if you have wide feet."
