"Il prodotto è di buona qualità e nel complesso mi è piaciuto. Purtroppo, però, a causa di un errore nella taglia ricevuta, mi sono ritrovata a dover effettuare due resi. L’assistenza clienti risponde, ma in modo piuttosto lento e con comunicazioni frammentarie, rendendo tutto il processo poco semplice. Inoltre, il reso può essere effettuato esclusivamente tramite il loro portale e permette di spedire un solo pacco per volta. Questo significa che, se si devono restituire due ordini, bisogna fare due spedizioni separate, pagando 10 € di spedizione per ciascun pacco. Infine, un altro aspetto che non ho apprezzato è che il rimborso non corrisponde all’intero importo pagato per le scarpe. Di conseguenza, tra la somma trattenuta e i 10 € di spedizione per ogni pacco reso, l’importo restituito risulta sensibilmente inferiore a quanto pagato inizialmente. È un peccato, soprattutto quando il reso è necessario per un errore di taglia."

"I needed a flat shoe, the closest to a barefoot experience since in my gym we cannot train in socks. I use it for lifting and I have been very satisfied so far. Feels true to size, love the extra space for toes in the front. I have small but quite wide feet and those are really comfortable. Got them on sale!"
