"Recommended by swim team coach. My 8 y. o. daughter says they work great when she dives in from the block for her events. Only thing is I think the nose band might be a bit wide for her face and she does not have a particularly narrow face. I would think that could be an issue for lots of kids. Not that it should be adjustable, just maybe a bit less wide."
