Reviews Summary
Customers say these training shoes are flat, stable, and comfortable for lifting and CrossFit workouts. Many appreciate the versatility, using them for squats, Olympic lifts, running, and everyday activities. The shoes feel secure and well-made with good midfoot support. Common feedback mentions a narrow toe box that takes time to break in, though most find them suitable once adjusted. Some note they're designed primarily for gym use rather than distance running. Users across different fitness levels, including older athletes, praise the stability and durability. A few mention the tread depth is minimal for outdoor use.

I like these shoes a lot for general lifting. They are flat and stable. I would like them better with a wider toe box and a bit more grip. Still, they are good shoes for all around work. I even squat in them with no problem.

I really like these, before I lifted in bare foot shoes. The TYR’s are more stable and secure… Older lifter, age 69. . .
