Reviews Summary
Customers say these training shoes are comfortable, stable, and versatile for lifting, running, and CrossFit workouts. Many praise the lightweight design, secure fit, and well-made construction. The carbon plate provides responsive support for explosive movements and compound lifts. Common feedback highlights that sizing runs small—most recommend ordering a half to full size up. Some note the shoes require a brief break-in period. A few mention the mesh toe area stains easily, and some wish for more color options. Overall, users find these shoes perform well across varied training activities.

    A great shoe, built well.

A great shoe, built well. Sizing is tricky so at a minimum size . 5 up. It does require a bit of breaking in but once that is done, it is great for lifting/HIIT.

Comfortable gym shoes even when having foot drop

My 3rd set of these lifters, I love the way these shoes feel and will always use them. Foot drop causes fast wear on one shoe which causes me to keep replacing but I will continue to use these they’re very comfortable to wear at CrossFit and in the body building gyms.
