"Une première commande effectuée et notifiée validée expédiée n’est jamais arrivée, j’ai sollicité le service client pour savoir ce quil se passait, ils m’ont répondu qu’ils avaient par erreur validé ma commande alors qu’ils n’avaient plus les stocks. J’ai été remboursé et aucun geste ni solution pour que j’obtienne quand même les chaussures n’a pu être trouvée. Fort regrettable mauvaise expérience, service client pas du tout arrangeant et commercial."
