A little small

"according to the chart a L size should fit comfortably, I am 5’4, 138lb This size is a little tight and is ok if you are wearing strictly for lap swim. If you are planning to wear it for longer periods as a day at the beach, I would order a size up. Unfortunately, this late in the season, the size options are very limited. Nonetheless, the quality of this garment seems to be very good. Time will tell how long it will last."
