"Went by your size guide and they feel quite tight. Hoping they will loosen off. At the moment, not too comfy. People I have spoken to that have them, say they do loosen off, so fingers crossed. Apart from that, I really like them."

Amazing shoe for Crossfit and lifting

"Amazing shoe! I had the CTX-1 and they didn't feel good on my feet, but these are day and night. Very stable with olympic lifts (I can lift with these the same weight I lift with my lifters) and they are very poppy and help with everything that includes jumping, such as box jumps, burpees, shuttle runs etc. The carbon plate DOES help! Definitely recommend them! Make sure to measure your feet and order the appropriate size. I wear 37 or 37. 5 in most shoes, and I got these in 38 and they are perfect. 37 1/3 would have been too small."

Size Up

"I love the CXT trainer, think it's a decent, solid, versatile and high quality trainer. It's a smaller fit than the CXT-1 trainer. I've been wearing mine for a week and they're starting to give, but I would advise sizing up if you want a more spacious fit immediately. Performance wise, they feel solid and stable. I'm looking forward to lifting in them once they've stretched. Look wise, I really wanted the CXT-2 in white with gum sole but the European shop only sells the Elite model in this colour combo. I managed to get these with 35% off, I wouldn't have paid full price for them. If you want to test out the CXT's I'd advise going for the 1st model. I think TYR could do better with their colours though. Next time round I'll wait for the CXT-2 to be released in more colours"
