We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items and receive a refund for the merchandise amount.

Return Procedure

5. You will receive return instructions by email.
   
   

6. Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

Return Conditions

• Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition, with all tags and original packaging included.
  
  

• Shoes returned with dirty soles will not be refunded and will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
  
  

• Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
  
  

• Items purchased on sale or final sale (marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale”) are not eligible for return.
  
  

• Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
  
  

Refunds & Processing Time

• Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund via the original payment method.
  
  

• Please allow 15 to 20 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement or PayPal account.
