The Women's DropZero Lace 2 Barefoot Trainer offers excellent stability and control, praised for its natural feel and wide toe box. Customers recommend sizing down by half a size for the best fit, though some find it tight. Ideal for weightlifting and squatting exercises.

"I'm wearing the DropZero mainly in the gym for almost all my activities including deadlifts. I have quite wide feet and therefore this show beats almost any other brand out there and that's what I love at TYR. I also have lifting shoes from TYR and would recommend them any time."
"Honestly a big improvement style wise and feel from the last version. Two issues though the main one being that the laces used do not stay tied when single knotted. I never had this issue with V1’s but these ones are always coming undone. Also I have a higher instep than average and these do put more pressure on my upper foot than the previous version."
"Love this shoe. Bought the Dropzero 1's and wore them out! Was excited to give these a try and they are just as comfortable. It's crazy because I also use these for days with a lot of walking too. I think they're really comfortable and worth the price for both lifting support and comfort for walking!"
"The DropZero 2 is my new go-to shoe for weight training and gym use. It doesn’t sound like much to ask for a flat, simple, minimalist shoe with a proper toe box and flexible upper that can secure to the foot, but it was surprisingly difficult to find something. These shoes just do what they need to do and stay out of the way, if that makes sense. It’s like they’re an extension of my foot without any added bulk, which I appreciate in the gym. My pair is the Sail color, which looks nice, but scuffs quite easily. I don’t mind that, but if you prefer a pristine look you may want to consider one of the darker colors. My feet are long and narrow, and still felt comfortable in this shoe, both with and without socks. I found them true to size compared to other brands. The DropZero 2 is plenty breathable and comfortable even for longer sessions. This is my first purchase from TYR and it has exceeded my expectations. I think they’ve built a winner."
"these barefoot trainers are extremely difficult and tight to get into. these shoes also scuff really easily. if you dont get into them right, then the back tab will dig into your heel, which is annoying. i know tyr isn't going to bring back the previuos iteration of these trainers but i wish they would, because these are problems i never had with the previous iteration. i get a new pair every 6 months since they are a daily wear."
"Great natural feeling and stability"
"Very happy with this shoe, this is my first time using a barefoot shoe. I don’t use it for any running or jumping yet. Just appreciating the stability it offers for weightlifting, squats, etc. If I want to feel grounded and “locked in” to the floor I throw these ones on. I’m usually a 9. 5 but the 10 fits perfectly with a thin ankle sock."
"Shoe is ultra lightweight, flat and flexible. I use it exclusively for weight training. The wide toe box allows my toes to spread, adding stability during squats and deadlifts. My only complaint is that there is no tongue, so the fabric over the instep bunches up when I tighten the laces. This “ no-tongue” design looks clean but is less comfortable and less stable than my Merrell Vapor Trail 7’s."
"I had the gen 1's and they were decent, these are absolutely amazing. Like my lifts are stronger, I bought the same size as the gen 1's and primarily train with double kettlebells"
"Comfortable and fit good, but the straps on the back to help get them on have already started to rip after only two times wearing them."
