Hello, After receiving my order
"Hello, After receiving my order for the CXT-1 Trainer, I see that the size I received is 43 1/3, which is my size, but your website lists it as 42. 5. I’m sending this message to let you know that they fit me well (they’re my size), but that the information on your website is incorrect, and this could cause a lot of problems for European customers like me who use centimeters. It states that men’s US size 9. 5 is 42. 5 in Europe. I also didn’t like the customer service at all, since I sent you a message just a few hours after placing the order to modify it (2 emails to customerservice@tyr.com and eu@tyr.com, as well as a message via Instagram to your Tyrsport account), and it took you a full day to reply and tell me that it couldn’t be modified or canceled, even though you don’t refund the customer’s shipping costs and they also have to purchase a prepaid return label, you need to resolve this. Luckily, because your sizing is incorrect, they fit me well, but please fix this."

Sizing Off
"I had to return my initial purchase because these run probably about one entire shoe size off (too small). Because Tyr does not do exchanges, I had to deal with customer service to request that they remove the fee for the return - all due to the size completely inaccurate. Once I received the exchanged shoes (shipping very slow), they still does not fit right. Since I’ve worn the shoe once, I now cannot return it. Now I am stuck with a shoe that does not fit at all. Very disappointed, as these are not inexpensive at all, and I really needed new training shoes. Tyr really needs to advertise that their shoes run extremely small. Their sizing is not a standard US size. You have to have very slim and tiny feet for these to fit."

Good shoes, bad support & website sizes

Great Shoe
"I kept hearing about the hype surrounding Tyr, but CrossFit has gone through its phases of trendy gear the last 14 years I’ve been doing it, so I’m bored with it at this point. So when these became the new explosive trend, I did not jump immediately on. I had meniscus surgery last summer, and during my slow uphill climb of recovery, found I needed new shoes. These were on sale, and the sole reason I picked them in case they sucked. When they arrived, I did note the great quality, and the first time I did rope climbs in them-damn. I just did a ruck with them, and can say they are very versatile. Will prob end up sticking with the brand"
