"I honestly hate wearing shorts when I workout. I just feel self conscious and always worry that they are squeezing the wrong parts and that ends up being all I can focus on during a workout. But with these I loved the high waist, it felt like it really covered everything up top I wanted it to and there was no squeezing of the thighs that made me uncomfortable. It honestly helps me feel so much more free to move in my workouts. Loooove them! I will say that if you are between sizes, size up."
