"Incorrect size opened on Christmas Day here in England…now nearly end of Jan 26 and no refund as yet despite nearly 50 dollars on phone calls to TYR US. Catalog of mistakes and no comms with US support person. Non-existent customer support. Such a shame as product is probably good."

"Really was looking forward to using these shoes and the broke within first use. The eyelet that hold the laces in place as they cross over the top of the foot had come undone with the stitching. Extremely disappointed given the price I paid for what is ‘top of the range’ shoes."
