Jo Lawn Finishes Second at Ironman 70.3 Florida

Six-time Ironman New Zealand champion Jo Lawn secured a second place finish today with the fastest 13.1-mile run split of the day in one hour, 26 minutes and 36 seconds. She earned success in Orlando clocking in a final time of 4 hours and 24 minutes in the half Ironman race.

"Yes, I am very happy with my performance today, and having the fastest run split of the day is even better. Temperatures were in the high 30 with mid 90% humidity, and one of the hottest races I have ever done...plus 90 % of the run is cross-country just to make it even harder," said Lawn.
